Nina has been a Garrett County 'local' now for more than a decade and quickly became an active member of the community. Her passion for helping others began long ago, when she started working in the fitness industry during her undergrad studies in college. Her background with teaching group exercise, personal fitness training, and natural entrepreneurial spirit led her to new opportunities in sales, which then lead to her career in real estate.
Using her local connections, intense passion and personal drive, and determination to help her clients, Nina quickly found success in her real estate career. In the last few years, Nina has consistently been a top producing agent in the Deep Creek Lake and Garrett County areas. In addition to her duties as a REALTOR, Nina is also a part-owner of local title office, Deep Creek Title. She also serves on several boards, including the Deep Creek Watershed Foundation, a local nonprofit working to maintain and protect the health of Deep Creek Lake and the surrounding watershed. Nina also still maintains her original entrepreneurial passion for fitness coaching with her company, Nina B. Fitness.
Outside of her work and service to her community, Nina enjoys spending time with her beautiful daughter Allie and husband Max - whether it's on their boat on a hot summer day or skiing down the slopes of Wisp Resort in the winter!
